Good afternoon everyone. I am, yet again, faced with a dilemma of race. I can not decide just what I do, although I know that I will be more excited if it work with dogs for the rest of my life. I know that there are several ways to go about doing this, and my main interests lie in the preparation and training. My question here, though, is on the training. How one goes about getting experience with the training? I know there are plenty of options: mentoring, training academies of the dog, participating in other training classes, etc.. I have looked at several academies training the dog, and I've been really impressed by just one (more impressed by the instructor that the academy itself). Definitely heed courses at this school, but here is where I want to finish my education. I'm taking the decision to take time to do college all this. I know this probably will end up being a really bad decision on my part, but never know if I do not try, and the college now just isn 't that is resolved for me. So with all this in mind, what else can I do to extend my dog-related education? I am interested in training dogs for films, most of participation as attending, working possibly for some reason in the AKC (I am game but what I think of the organization), police dogs or dogs possibly training guide … Basically, I'm open to suggestions and would love to try everything.

Do you have any training dogs tips?
We just get a new 11 weeks old Rottweiler. I am not a dog person, and I don 't know too much about the training. Any tip would help. One specific question I have is: He likes to lick his hands, and once and a while, rubbing his teeth into them. A little pinch of love I guess. Should I stop it entirely, or do I train to keep it nice and not bite hard? Im thinking if he keeps it nice, so get used to having hands in his mouth when we need to remove the rocks that he chews on and brush your teeth. ¿Council?

Dominate dog doing Dog Training 101?
I 'm the week 5 / 10 in a school of LVL's top dog. We learn to praise and a string of estrangulaci? N. If the dog isn 't that follows the command you move a tir? He 's in really bad on the assembly of other dogs too? N. He 's too? N a teething ring. Not a bad bite, you just bite dog t? The pica meeting? N. It 's that bothers m? S anything. My school said I have to "move from a tir? N its harder" in the chain of estrangulaci? N;. Doing that seems to have m? S a positive impact on their obedience, but? Spray bottles for dog training?
Authorization? No, I'm just asking out of curiosity here, "but I read many answers that recommend spraying a dog in the face or what, to train dogs to do undesirable things. I am no dog trainer but I've worked with many. Never or "do any of them say that this is a good way to stop unwanted behaviors and train a dog not to dig, scrape, the chewing ect. ? This really works? • If so cu? Ndo employ someone? A? The same thing can confuse a penny or something to scare a dog caught? on the spot. ? Pens? These t? techniques were used m? s for cats to dogs? ? Even I tried the spray bottle with my cats, but people should really do with dogs? Cats don 't care about the pleasure of l? Der of the pack, and aren? T trained like dogs, so it seems like all? are better ways of addressing the problem by scraping or bad behavior of the dog then? s need to spray? ? Qu? you think? Is a spray bottle of a good training tool and as if? Why? c? how should you use? Just want to learn some new things, not to discuss my position? No, I don 't even have one yet for sure. Never you? Do a book for dogs that says I have a dog and spray it? Do a bunch of them. I just missed quiz? this part though:) And a frightening power of pennies? you teach a dog? anything? Is scaring a dog to stop something effective long term? Why? couldn 't / shouldn' t you just said "NO"? and then manage or correct as the dog? they know that the command comes from you? I learn new things everyday:) Authorization? N, with the attention? N getting respect, but I never fixed that part, just spray 'um when they "do that or" shake the power and stop and never a follow-up. With cats that sort of thing is used as negative reinforcement, as? what? l is punitive, but as I suspect? that doesn 't make it to the dogs the same way. ? Cu? Ndo / why? est? using a bottle or a noisemaker spray better then using your own voice to get the dog focused on you? Brookester not sure if you are? making a joke or not:)

Dog training book recommendations?
I will take a dog from a shelter or rescue some time this summer. I have a bit of knowledge about dogs and I have spent much time around them, but I was wondering if anyone has some specific books of the training of the dog that you read and thought was very informative. Please ninguÌ? N "Dog Training for Dummies" or any of this guy Cesar 's absurd as I don' t agree with his methods of training. I 'm looking for books that focus on positive training methods (clicker training, etc.).. Thanks in advance! There 's always something to be learned … but I' m not going to lose money on a book that I know I 'll learn the most about what I don' t want to do what worked for me. -) And just to add, we won 't be getting a puppy … we' re aiming for an adult dog, 1-year 6ish or so. Thanks for the suggestions so far!

Have you ever heard of a dog training club that charges a membership of a time for all levels of training? I finally found a trainer here that this sounds qualified. Have been training for over 30 years. I haven 't yet visited their location or asked any detailed Qs I have a little more research about them first on my own. Does this sound legit?

Dog Training Videos?
The authorization to set a question that I think about a week ago about sending my dog to a training program for 3 weeks ($ 285.00) where I fall off my dog (cannot see it for the first 2 weeks) and then to return to train with him on Wednesday and then again on Saturday and bring you home if he responds to me like he did to the trainers. Approve to my question now is that I was wondering what are some good videos from the home of dog training that would help me accomplish the same thing that you teach in class. What I would really teach you is to quit (it only took a little longer ain 't got it completely yet) stay / wait, coming when absolutely called heel ninguÌ? N jump (in people), that he ain' t allowed to eat anything unless it was approved by me, and so on. If anything you can think of that would be really good show feel free to tell me. I'd like to teach him everything I can while he is still young! Feel free to email with any questions you have. I also want to learn hand signals so that if he ever let his audience that he still understood what he was saying to him. He is the Dal 5 months old and he knows sit, down and doors closed and What is the name of the videos? How much does it cost? Do you have used or know someone who has? Do not have a local trainer who could attend a class, I do not live near a petsmart or something similar either!

Training an older dog who has never lived inside?
We have just adopted a dog of 6 years who has never lived in a moment. Being naive, I thought she AMARI come in, but of course she totally freaked out by it. My family and I have had dogs throughout our lives and we have never had a dog that lived just outside. Does anyone have any thoughts on how to help our new dog to get more on his fear of the interior?? Thanks!
