Dog training club-have you ever heard of this?

Have you ever heard of a dog training club that charges a membership of a time for all levels of training? I finally found a trainer here that this sounds qualified. They have a club with a membership fee as $ 300 annually. This fee includes the start with the advanced training of obedience and protection training if your dog qualifies. Have been training for over 30 years. I haven 't yet visited their location or asked any detailed Qs I have a little more research about them first on my own. Does this sound legit?
